Class Detail - Surface Water Production II
Class time: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (Day 1 - 2) to ensure 20 hours of instruction.

The focus of this course is to provide students with practical, in-depth problem-solving opportunities specific to the six steps of water production; mixing, flocculation, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection. Through highly qualified and licensed instructors, participants will expand their understanding of the chemistry involved in the disinfection of water and special treatment processes for taste and odor, water stabilization, and the associated issues related to the Surface Water Treatment Rule.
Completing this course provides continuing education credit for the following licenses:
